Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Open official portal

  • First, visit the official website of the Subhadra Portal.

Step 2: Open login page

  • On the homepage, click the “Login” option.

Step 3: Choose CSC Login

  • A panel with five options appears: Department Login, CSC Login, MSK Login, Helpline Login, and FV Login.
  • Click “CSC Login”.

Step 4: Initiate CSC login

  • On the CSC login screen, click “Initiate Login”.

Step 5: Sign in on Digital Seva Connect

  • You will be redirected to Digital Seva Connect.
  • Enter your login/email, password, and captcha.
  • Click “Sign in”.

Step 6: Go to application dashboard

  • After sign-in, you will land on the Subhadra dashboard.
  • You will see two options: “Submit New Application” and “View Submitted Applications”.
  • Click “Submit New Application” if applying for the first time.

Step 7: Enter Aadhaar to begin

  • On the new application page, enter the applicant’s 12-digit Aadhaar number.
  • Click “Submit”.

Step 8: Accept user consent

  • You’ll see a “User Consent” page.
  • Read and accept the “Agreement Policy”.

Step 9: Proceed to e-KYC

  • Click “Proceed to Verify e-KYC”.

Step 10: Complete e-KYC (biometric)

  • You’ll get three options: Fingerprint, Eye-Retina (Iris), and OTP.
  • Choose Fingerprint or Eye-Retina and complete biometric e-KYC.
  • Note: OTP-based e-KYC is currently not available on the portal.

Step 11: e-KYC confirmation

  • After successful verification, the portal will show “Aadhaar e-KYC has been completed”.

Step 12: Use provided form template (optional)

  • If facing difficulty, use the provided form format/template (if shared to you) to ensure accurate data entry.

Step 13: Continue with form fill

  • Proceed to fill the online form fields as per the template you’re following.

Step 14: Upload the physical form

  • Upload the signed physical form via the “Upload Physical Form” option (mandatory as per the current flow).

Step 15: Accept Privacy Policy

  • Scroll to the privacy policy section and accept.

Step 16: Select all policies

  • You may click “Select All” to accept all privacy policies and declarations at once.

Step 17: Enter location and submit

  • Enter the location details in the input field as required.
  • Click the “Submit” button.

Step 18: Preview application

  • A pop-up will show “Preview Application”.
  • Review all entered details carefully.
  • If something is incorrect, click “Edit”, fix it, and return to preview.

Step 19: Final submit and success message

  • Click “Submit” again to finalize.
  • You should see: “Congratulations! The application form was submitted successfully.”
  • Save/print the acknowledgment/reference number for tracking.
