The Subhadra Yojana 4th Phase is the latest installment of the Odisha Government’s flagship scheme aimed at empowering women with financial support. This phase continues the scheme’s mission by disbursing direct cash benefits to eligible women through carefully verified processes. Money Date: 4th Phase Payout

  • 4th Phase Money Disbursal Date: February 8, 2025.
  • All eligible applicants must have completed NPCI/DBT and e-KYC updates by February 4, 2025, at their bank branches to ensure timely credit.
  • Disbursement began in Jajpur district and rolled out statewide. Any applicant left out can still complete verification and receive funds in the following months.
  • Total expected beneficiaries: Over 1 crore women.

Installment Date: Next (2nd) Installment Under Subhadra Yojana

  • 2nd Installment of ₹5,000 will be credited on March 8, 2025 (International Women’s Day).
  • Beneficiaries who missed the 4th phase because of incomplete verification can still update details to receive payment by the next date.
  • All applicants who apply before March 31, 2025, and complete verification receive the full annual amount (₹10,000) in one go if not previously disbursed.

New Update 2025: Important Changes

  • The application deadline is March 31, 2025, for consideration of benefits for the financial year 2024-25.
  • Double Installment Benefit: New applicants (before March 31) get both installments (₹10,000) in one credit after successful verification—no split payout.
  • Ongoing Verification: The government is actively resolving NPCI failures, and women can still update e-KYC and banking errors even after the 4th phase payout.
  • Missed 4th Phase? If you did not receive money on February 8, you can still update and verify by March 8 or March 31 for payment.

How to Apply

Offline Process

  • Collect the application form (free) at Mo Seva Kendras, Anganwadi Centers, Block Offices, Urban Local Body offices, and Common Service Centres (CSCs).
  • Fill in your details and attach the required documents.
  • Submit the form at the same center; officials will cross-verify your information and notify you via SMS once it is approved.

  • One woman per family.

Latest Disbursement Update

  • The 4th phase payment under Subhadra Yojana was released on February 8, 2025. Over 18 lakh women beneficiaries in Odisha received ₹5,000 each directly into their Aadhaar-linked bank accounts via the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system. The total amount disbursed in this phase was approximately ₹900 crore.
  • To be eligible for this payout, beneficiaries had to complete bank e-KYC and resolve NPCI/DBT issues by February 4, 2025.
  • If your name was not included in this round, you can still resolve application or banking issues (such as mismatched details or incomplete e-KYC) to receive payment in upcoming phases, including the next major payout on March 8, 2025 (International Women’s Day).
